id still shows that I'm a member in all these groups. If you just upgraded to Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, make sure to cleanup your preference files (best to google how to resolve upgrade issues for details). Try using Firefox or Opera instead for accessing and downloading from Microsoft. Which results in no errors but has no effect either. Reboot your Mac and If you were using Safari before to download from the Microsoft website.
